General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from SUKHIPANDA. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Orders & Timelines

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–6 business days (Monday to Friday). For most serviceable pin codes, delivery is attempted within 7–9 business days. We ship through third-party courier partners; any delivery issue must be reported within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 5 days of delivery only where the item is misprinted, damaged or defective. Correctly delivered products, as per the order placed, are not eligible for return. To raise a request, email photos of the product with its original packaging, shipping label and customer details to sukhipanda.com@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or printed; a cancellation charge of Rs. 100 applies. Once printed, orders cannot be cancelled. Cash on Delivery orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, with a refund to the original payment method for prepaid orders.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information.
