Order Processing

We strive to fulfil your order as soon as it is placed. In most cases, orders are dispatched within 3–6 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Time

For most serviceable pin codes, orders are delivered within 7–9 business days of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner servicing your area.

Problems With Delivery

We use third-party courier services to ship all orders. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order — such as damage in transit, a missing package, or a delay — please report it to us within 2 days of the delivery date.

We will not be liable for issues raised after 2 days from the date of delivery, or in cases where the courier company refuses to investigate a delayed report.
