Refund policy

5-Day Return Window
Items purchased from Sukhipanda are eligible for return within 5 days of delivery, but ONLY where the item received is misprinted, damaged, or defective. Returns will not be accepted where the product has been correctly received exactly as ordered.
How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request
To raise a replacement request for a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please send us:
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the original packaging
- Photographs showing the shipping label and your customer details
Email these to sukhipanda.com@gmail.com (or call +91 95273 58504). Once our support team verifies the request, we will initiate a refund or exchange and confirm this to you by email. Refunds are processed back to the original bank account, debit card, or credit card used at the time of purchase.
Exchange Policy
Items can be exchanged at no additional cost where the issue is due to misprinting, damage, or a defect on our part.
Cancellations
- If your cancellation request reaches us before the order has been processed, we will cancel it immediately and refund the amount to your original payment method.
- If the product has already been printed, we are unable to accept a cancellation request; the order will proceed through our normal delivery process.
- A cancellation charge of Rs. 100 applies to all approved cancellations.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation is not permitted once the order has been dispatched with our delivery partner.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If this happens, we will notify you by email, and where the order was prepaid, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
